In this interactive workshop exploring one of Shakespeare’s greatest plays, King Lear, we will examine the work’s historical and literary setting and will experience it as a play by reading it aloud. Selected scenes will be discussed and rehearsed. The goal of this course is to have fun in bringing to life the Bard’s unique language, timeless characters, and relevance to our lives today. The class will not run with fewer than 12 participants.
