Few areas of historical study have made such striking advances in the past two decades as the study of the Nazi regime’s attempt to eradicate the European Jews.  Yet the subject remains unfathomable to many people, and its causes and course almost literally incredible.  This seminar will explore why and how the unthinkable occurred and what implications it holds for subsequent generations.
