Many streets near the Newberry will be closed for the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival Saturday, Nov. 22. Please review the list of street closures, and plan your travel accordingly.

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

The Newberry will be entirely closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, for Thanksgiving. On Friday and Saturday, Nov. 28 and 29, the reading rooms will remain closed, but the exhibition galleries and bookstore will be open regular hours.
