Chicago History Project Application Process

Guidelines for applying for the 2005-2006 academic year:

Applications must be received or postmarked by December 10, 2004

Notification of Acceptance will be made on  February 7, 2005

Eligibility
  • U.S. History and Social Studies professional educational staff working with grades 7-12
  • CPS Teachers Only
How to Apply
  • You must apply as a team of two American History or social studies teachers from your school.
  • If you are the only American History teacher at your school but are interested in participating in the program, contact Frank Valadez at the Newberry Library to discuss application options.
  • All applicants must have approval from their school principal.
  • Application materials must be received or postmarked by December 10, 2004
