North American Indian Photographs: A selection of over 300 portraits of Midwestern Indian tribes (Menominee, Ojibwa, Winnebago, Santee, Yankton, and Yanktonai) from the Edward E. Ayer Collection.

Daily Life Along the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad: A selection of unique black and white photographs focusing on Illinois scenes, the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, and its workers.

Selected images from the Everett D. Graff Collection are also available through the subscription database, The American West. This database may be used at the Newberry or other subscriber institutions.
