|
Drawing upon the Newberry Library’s extraordinary colonial Mexican materials, The Aztecs and the Making of Colonial Mexico used an awe-inspiring array of religious, historical, and legal documents produced by, for, and about the Nahua to demonstrate how they preserved their language, culture, identity, and history after the Spanish conquest.
Individuals wishing to view Newberry items displayed in the exhibit are welcome to do so in accordance with our Reading Room access guidelines.
