Please complete the form below and choose, in order of preference, the seminar(s) you would like to attend. Returning participants will be registered for one seminar and placed on the waiting list for all other choices; new TAS participants will be registered for two seminars. Applications will be accepted until all slots are filled.

Participants will be notified by email within ten days that this online registration form has been received. Included in the confirmation email is a form for school principals to sign indicating their awareness of staff participation in TAS and acknowledging their agreement to pay for the first day of sub coverage for the first participant of their school. Registration IS NOT complete until all forms are completed and returned to TAS.
