Newberry Library Workshop:

Work & Community History

Funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities the Newberry Library and the Labor Education Program at DePaul University

The Work and Community History Workshop brings together teachers and librarians from middle schools, high schools, universities, and research libraries to explore ways to integrate the history of work and working class communities into the United States History curriculum.

The workshop meets from 5 PM to 7:30 PM at the Newberry Library on December 13, 2001, January 24, February 21, March 14, and June 13, 2002.
