Seminar Description

Whether you are a seasoned concert-goer or want to develop your nascent understanding of classical music, this seminar will expand your ability to get more out of the music you love. Everyone can become a better listener by using each of the five senses, increasing awareness of individual prejudices, and understanding the value of a pieces’ context, purpose, and production. Throughout this course, we will use various listening exercises to deepen our appreciation of the world of classical music. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS AND PRICE HAS CHANGED FROM THE BROCHURE.
