Seminar Description

Find out what thoughtful readers see in your stories. Improve your own writing skills by providing helpful feedback to other writers. This five-week workshop is for writers who have moved past the “thinking about writing fiction” stage. Maybe you’ve taken a fiction class or two or read a how-to book. You’ve definitely put in some writing time and drafted two (or more) short stories. Each workshop participant will contribute two story drafts for discussion.

Five sessions. Registration – $220/$198

Linda Downing Miller has led creative writing classes in Chicago since 2015. Her short stories have appeared in Chicago Quarterly Review, Water-Stone Review, The Florida Review, and other literary journals. She received an MFA from Queens University of Charlotte.
