Class Description
Focusing on five cities—London, Brighton, Bath, Edinburgh, and Dublin—this class will consider architecture, interior design, painting, and sculpture during the Georgian period, including the Regency, from 1714 to 1830.
Frank Biletz received his PhD in history from the University of Chicago, with a primary specialization in modern British and Irish history. He is currently Adjunct Instructor in History at Loyola University Chicago and has taught seminars at the Newberry since 1994.
