Class Description
This class will explore foundations in herbalism through learning common medicinal plants in the yard, garden, and urban green spaces across the world—our creative, adaptable, infamous so-called weeds! Working with tools in their own kitchens, participants learn to make herbal remedies to address a variety of ailments. There will be opportunities for both self-reflection and discussion as we deepen relationships and response-ability to the plants, ourselves, and the ecosystems we share.
All virtual classes are recorded and made available to participants registered in the class. These recordings are password-protected and available for up to two weeks after the class ends.
Peregrine is a curious earthling invested in destabilizing colonial cosmology through community herbalism and art. You can learn more about their work at dirtandfree.world.
