NULL

Arthur Conan Doyle’s handwritten notes for the White company and Sir Nigel, c. 1905

Join us for a special holiday-themed morning.

Crime does not take a holiday during the Christmas season, as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson discover in The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle, Arthur Conan Doyle's short story adapted for the stage by Shakespeare Project of Chicago artistic director Peter Garino. A few clues: a top hat, a "stuffed" Christmas goose, and a very precious stone that has gone missing. Featuring some of your favorite Shakespeare Project actors.

Before the play, enjoy free hot chocolate and holiday treats, and listen to a selection of English Christmas carols from the Victorian and Edwardian periods. Don't miss this very special holiday program!
