Seminar Description

A new addition to the “Most Helpful” series, Part 6 will cover cemetery tools, organizational tools, national/state/local repository tools, and other free tools and resources. Beyond these tools, we will also discuss using Facebook and other social media, cheat sheets and templates, medical family trees, research strategies, and document preservation suggestions. (Parts 1-5 are not prerequisites for this class.) One session.

Marsha Peterson-Maass is a forensic genealogist and member of the Association of Professional Genealogists. She has led genealogy seminars at the Newberry Library since 2002.
