Seminar Description

This seminar combines information and practice in reading as a writer, establishing an inspiring reading, writing and revising practice, and submitting to the most appropriate venues. Participants will learn to: identify contemporary literary journal markets with pieces they enjoy reading ,consider how effects were achieved in pieces they admire, source relevant predecessors and influences, draft or revise "companion" pieces on a wide potential continuum, and identify the best markets for submitting their work.
