Members of the Blatchford Society and other special guests are invited to join us for the annual Blatchford Society Luncheon. This year’s luncheon will include a special presentation by Lia Markey, Director of the Center for Renaissance Studies, and Suzanne Karr Schmidt, George A. Poole III Curator of Rare Books.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Newberry’s Center for Renaissance Studies, Lia and Suzanne will discuss the renowned 16th-century print series the Nova Reperta (New Discoveries) and its continued relevance to our modern world.

For more information about the Blatchford Society, the Newberry's planned giving society, please contact Natalie Edwards, Director of Major and Planned Giving, at (312) 255-3544 or edwardsn@newberry.org.
