Class Description

This class is for folks who want to expand their imagination and deepen their self-understanding through writing. Participants will bring their journal and a pen and each week will write: whether that's a journal entry, a personal essay, or a poem. Tiffany will lead the group through a meditative visualization followed by open writing sessions with prompts. Each week will be grounded in a different emotional theme that will open up memories, ideas, and inner landscapes that invite curiosity and honest reflection. The tone is warm and unhurried, an invitation to explore without any expectation of where the writing takes you. At the end of each class, there will be an opportunity to share about the creative process. Active participation is highly encouraged.

All virtual classes are recorded and made available to participants registered in the class. These recordings are password-protected and available for up to two weeks after the class ends.

Tiffany Wong (she/her) is a Chinese interdisciplinary artist committed to exploring collective liberation through creativity. She believes that art is a powerful medium for embodied connection with both the self and the collective. Creative fulfillment comes from living a life that integrates honesty, integrity, and curiosity.
