Class Description

Still wanting to realize your dream to write a children’s book? Anxious to learn what to do once you write it? This class introduces newcomers to today’s children’s book world and offers rules of the road and proven short cuts to navigate this world.

Esther Hershenhorn authors picture books and middle grade fiction, coaches children’s books writers, and recently served on the Board of Advisors of The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.

Materials List

No required materials and no first reading assignment.

Cost and Registration

One session, $130 ($117 for Newberry members, seniors, and students). Learn about becoming a member.
